  • What is the half-season cheer program?

    Our half-season cheer program is designed for athletes who want to experience the thrill of cheerleading without a full-year commitment. It includes training, competitions, and team bonding activities.

    This program runs for a shorter duration, allowing athletes to focus on skill development and performance while balancing other commitments. The perfect stepping stone to our Elite and Prep Programs.

  • What can I expect from the training sessions?

    Training sessions at Valley Elite are structured to enhance your skills in stunting, tumbling, and choreography. Our experienced coaches provide personalized feedback to help you improve.

    Expect a mix of hard work and fun, with a focus on building confidence and teamwork among all members.

  • Are there competitions?

    Yes! Our half-season cheer program includes participation in 2-3 local competitions, giving athletes the chance to showcase their skills and teamwork.

  • What age groups do you accept?

    We welcome cheerleaders from ages 3 to 16. Our teams are divided by age and skill level to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible.

    No matter your age or experience, there’s a place for you at Valley Elite!

  • What should I bring to practice?

    Athletes should wear comfortable athletic wear/ provided practice wear and bring water to stay hydrated(in a closed container(no open straws)). Cheer shoes are recommended for optimal performance and will be required for compeition.

    Don’t forget to bring your enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
