At Valley Elite, we offer comprehensive tumbling classes designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether your athlete is just starting out or refining advanced skills, our experienced coaches provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment to foster growth and success.

Beginner Tumbling Classes

Length: 60 Minutes/ $18 a Class Billed Monthly

Ages 5+


Beginner Tumbling Level 0-1

No Prerequisites, Learn the fundamentals and Basics of Tumbling!

This Class Focuses on the base skills of all tumbling. Once your child has learned their Back Walkover and Front Walkover they will have graduated into the next level available.

BackHandspring Classes

Length: 60 Minutes / $18 a Class Billed Monthly

Ages 6+


Back Handspring Level 1-2

Prerequisite Skill: Back Walkover.

This class focuses on the floor skill called a Back Handspring maxing out at the Round Off Backhandspring. The class is strategically built to increase jumping ability, air awareness, and arm impact strength.  Beyond that, the athlete will gradually progress as the coach feels appropriate. This will later result in the athlete receiving a recommendation to move into the Tuck and Layout/Intermediate Tumbling class after having correctly executed a Standing and Running Round off Back Handspring.

Tucks and Layout Classes

Length: 60 Minutes/ $18 a Class Billed Monthly

Ages 7+


Intermediate Tumbling Levels 2-4

Prerequisite: Round off Backhandspring

This Class focuses on the progressions of Tucks and Layouts.The class is strategically built to increase all tumbling ability, air awareness, and full body strength. By the end of a 4 week session each athlete should be able to see improvement in their overall technique in their tumbling. The athlete will gradually progress as the coach feels appropriate, at this level tumbling gets more and more dangerous and precise and takes a much larger toll on the body. This class has 60% of its curriculum built towards strengthening, conditioning and injury prevention to the body. Resulting in skills safely and correctly being executed.

Intermediate / Advanced Class

Length: 60 Minutes / $18 a Class Billed Monthly

Ages 7+


Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling

Prerequisite: Tuck/Layout

 In this class the athlete will learn how to properly execute tumbling skills beyond the Tuck and Layout for example the Full Twisting Layout. Front Tuck Step outs, Arabians, Standing Full, Double Fulls, Etc. The curriculum is more about the technique of their skills and work on drills to increase power, effectiveness, and strength in their tumbling. Working to build confidence in skills so that they may be executed more effortlessly and controlled.

Tiny Cheer and Tumble Classes

Length: 60 Minutes/ $12 a Class Billed Monthly

Ages 3-6


Our Tiny Cheer class is perfect for your littlest athletes, ages 3–6, who are just starting their cheer journey. This class focuses on the foundations of cheer, including basic tumbling, body control, coordination, and introductory cheer skills, all taught through playful, age-appropriate activities that make learning fun.



Through games, songs, and structured practice, young athletes develop confidence, balance, and teamwork while building a love for cheer. Tiny athletes today become confident tumblers and cheerleaders tomorrow!
